- We are currently finalizing the compensation study that compares our positions to the market, adjusts incumbents to the correct job grade, and moves them through the range based on years in positions to help address compression issues. There will also be new compensation polices adopted to make sure that wage adjustments, new hires, promotions, etc., are all handled consistently to keep us competitive with the market.
