How to Use This Strategic Plan
Our Strategic Plan is more than just a vision for Paducah’s future – it’s also a how-to guide, a measuring stick and, most of all, a way for you, the citizen, to hold your city accountable. To make that job as simple as possible, we broke the plan into four Key Visions:
Each Key Vision is then broken down into Performance Areas, which are made up of a series of Objectives.
